Day 3 of purposely getting body ready for a heart attack. Adding 5500 bad calories a day til it happens. Hopefully by new years. 114 days to go.
11500 calories in 2 days of food that adds fuel to trigger a heart attack. Most definitely will continue. Have to trigger a heart attack in less than 114 days.

Only 115 days left to trigger a heart attack. Time is running out. People ask if I’m nervous I say no. I’m more nervous it will take more than 115 days. Very intrigued on the idea.

Started august at 275. A modest 5.4 gain for the month. Was hoping to make it 8 pounds. New month let’s see if I can either gain 10 pounds or have a heart attack trying. The journey continues.
281 from the other side. I’m getting closer and closer to 300 and no signs of stipes of honor. Other words no stetch marks.

heaviest to date..Just made it shy of 280 my highest weight ever. I think I’m a large Costco pizza away from 280. If I do pic will follow.
No one wants to join me for lunch in Chicago so I guess I will finish this 7 pounds of spaghetti by myself
