how good is heavy cream?
I usually buy from Sainsburys or Tesco. Both fine. Some other brands are stiffer though and need a good shake before opening otherwise you would need a spoon to eat/drink.

Yes, it is good. I should admit that I also consumed quite a lot of peanuts as snacks over the last 2 weeks too, so the phenomenal weight gain was not all due to the cream.

That seems a lot of cream to take in in a day. You must have very good digestion as I find anything over a pint a day hard to digest. Very exciting gain rate though. Hope it continues.
