Supplements, do they work?
Try using half and half. I have been drinking 1-3 gallons of whole chocolate milk mixed with a quart of heavy cream per week. It really adds extra inches and pounds quickly

Call center sounds like a very good job for a gainer. When I had my sit down job at the hospital, I put on a ton of weight. I am trying to get back up to 560 and grow from there
