Safe gain?

Am considering to push my gain a little, but really dont want to risk health or the digestive system.

How many calories would be doable a day and are there any other precations that might be necessary?

I am loosely thinking of adding around 1000-2500 calories to my normal eating habits which are rather regular in terms of 3-4 meals a day etc. I dont need to be able to keep this for super long but a couple of months would still be good.

Safe gain?

Well usually adding 1000-2000 calories at a time isn’t too hard on a body. Really depends on how much you consume already. And adding the calories with food that’s not all grease or fat wouldn’t be too hard on the digestive tract. But it really is person to person.

I can easily eat 7000-8000 calories a day without issue now but I’ve been upping it over the past six or seven months. I can get 12,000 calories down before I get digestion issues or any annoying side effects.
