Way to get fatter while not having health issues?

I would recommend a high carb diet. Breads, Pastas, Rice and good cheese, beans too. Engery dense foods are good for healthy packing on pounds, If your afraid of diabetes then avoid over doing it on sugar, also keep saturated fats to a minimum. Sea food contains healthy fats and oils. Just good, filling wholesome is the best way I think.


I agree with all of this, the only thing I would add is to watch out for excessive salt as well. This is what I am cutting back on now to get my blood pressure under control.

Fivehundred's points are worth considering, too. My wife was a BBW when we first met, and it was health-related circumstances that resulted in her need to exercise more and keep her weight down. For whatever genetic reason, my body is better suited to carrying extra weight than hers.

Advice for beginning feedee?

hello! I've had a gaining kink as long as I can remember, and I've finally decided to try to gain myself. however, I'm starting off a bit rough.
I'm a 5'4 and 112 pound girl, and my weight is actually much higher than usual at 112. I have emetophobia, which is a fear of being sick. I have heartburn problems that I take daily medicine for. I also have ASD, which makes me a very picky eater.
many things, I know. but I don't want to think it's impossible for me.
I was hoping some people would be willing to give me advice on how to build my appetite, which is very low, and also how to consume multiple calories in a day. I'd also like advice on how to introduce my body to that change so I can avoid any nausea or major digestive problems.
what I will and won't eat simply depends on the quantity of certain ingredients and whether the idea of it sounds appealing to me in the first place, so I'm not going to outline any dos or donts in possible recipes.

Fivehundred's comment is valid here... we don't have enough info to offer you any dietary recommendations.

However, if there's food that is appealing to you, and it's rich in calories, just eat more of that! Gaining is pretty straightforward - more calories consumed, fewer burned. I'm not sure how emetophobia works, but I found eating past feeling full was the single biggest boost to my gaining - sometimes to the point of nausea. But you don't have to go that far, just eat as much as you can manage. So find some stuff that you already like and start stuffing yourself with it, imagining how it's going to grow you burgeoning belly!

Too fat to masturbate

I have had a fair bit of difficulty reaching for the last couple of years. It required lying on my left side, allowing my belly and moobs to shift to that side, so that I could reach around them and under my fupa. It wasn't comfortable, and it was a stretch, but I could still get there!

In the last few months a couple of things have happened - first, I gained some more weight (a little more than 30 lbs) and injured my right should in a fall late last year.

This injury was really painful, it limited the range of motion of my right arm a lot and required a few months of physiotherapy. I am now back to being essentially pain free and while not 100% back to where I was in terms of motion, I am finished seeing a therapist, and generally consider myself "healed."

I don't know how much of this is due to the extra weight, how much is due to the lingering effects of hurting my shoulder, or weakened muscle strength as a result, but I can't reach down there anymore. That was quite a surprise!

I am still doing exercises with these big, thick rubber bands to work on my shoulder, so maybe I'll be able to reach again one day?

I've been trying to figure out how to make my own "obstacle course" for a fat little feeder to struggle through - lead them through challenges they can't possibly do because they're too fat, or see how hard they try for the sake of obtaining the dessert. At the end there would be a hole to squeeze through, just big enough for them to get through to the final dessert, but right enough that they would have trouble squeezing through, now that tetve eaten so many treats.

And having treat stations along the course is a fantastic idea, too! I love the idea that their gobbling of treats as part of the course is bloating them just enough that they get stuck at the end... maybe they would have fit before, but not now. smiley

You would have to give hand them the last fattening prize.

Explaining my gain to family

I agree. As I gained and family asked about my weight, I just told them I liked to eat. When they'd tell me about how I should lose weight I would just let them know I was happy the way I was.

It's not going to win them over to the idea, but they're never going to understand the lifestyle if they don't have that kink - so don't even try to get them to!

Moobs experiences..

Sure, they're odd to the general population. But I'm not looking to date non-FAs, so I don't care what they think.


That is a fantastic attitude, that is a great way of seeing your own body (and ignoring the opinions of those who don't matter). I am trying to get to the same mental place you are already in.

Very true. The need for help in reaching things, in dressing and cleaning, etc. - that small loss of independence - really reinforces the submissive side of gaining.

When my wife "formally" took on the role of feeder, and we started to talk about making goals, and really being active in my gaining, she started to make rules. Simple ones at first, specific to gaining: You will eat everything I tell you to. You won't stop until I tell you to. That sort of thing.

Then it extended to other elements, like telling me what clothes I would wear. Feeding started to become a very significant part of our sex life, and so that started to fall under her control as well (including bondage and force/tube feeding).

Eventually the sweet, cute name calling extended into humiliating names, and her domination just seemed to naturally grow and expand (much as I grew and expanded!).

Finally, at this point, she is physically dominant as well, being fitter, quicker, more flexible, more agile, and just generally more able than me, and I require her assistance for so many things.

It has been a wonderful transition and experience, succumbing . smileyto my mistresses' will
