I completely relate. At times I am so completely sure that I should just stop exercising and become a gluttony king and then the next day I become way more moderate. There's also the sense of envy that you get when seeing other people who can so easily decide how they want to live and look. I half wish I was at 270 so I could stop caring and just go with it :-P

Not sure if I used it incorrectly, but I took four pills before a large meal early in the day, and then two after and wasn't really hungry. I tried drinking water, and then had two later on, and my four-evening meal pills and there was no outstanding ambition to eat without restraint. Any advice?
