Well! This is the first time I've noticed a definitely change in my body over the course of about 10 hours???? I went to work and of course ate and drank as much fattening substance as I could on my breaks and when I got in my car to hear home...!!!! My torso felt odd, like sort of squished on the sides and I realized it felt like it did when I would bend sideways, causing it to fold into rolls. Only I wasn't bending and it was on both sides!!! So I turned on my light to check and sure enough, I suddenly have prominent rolls on each side of my torso without any bending at all involved and even with my arms up 😱
