Q. Is my privacy protected?

A. The map locations are only accurate to the nearest town or city to where you live.

Q. Why am I not on the map?

A. Currently only one member is shown per town or city. Therefore if 3 people live in the same city, only 1 will show. Also new members are not automatically added. I'm hoping to fix these problems soon.

Q. The location given is not where I live!

A. The locations are taken from where you were when you first registered. Therefore if you were on holiday in Spain when you registered but you live in USA, your location will be shown as Spain.

Q. The location on the map is different to my profile!

A. The map location is taken from your IP address when you first registered. The location in your profile you selected yourself from a list. Therefore they may be different.

Q. Can I change the my map location so that it matches my profile location?

A. No sorry, but you can change your profile to match the map.

Q. Could you please remove me from the map?

A. No sorry, it would just make it too complicated. I'm still trying to get the basic map to work.

Q. Why are the maps slower to refresh in some areas than others?

A. The more points there are on the map the longer the maps take to refresh.

Q. Why is Serbia and montenegro shown in the USA?

A. I think is may be a co-ordinate error in the database. I'll try to fix it soon.
