serious relationships.

I am so confused about a lot of things in my life at the moment! Nothing seems to be going the way I want or the way I think it should...

I'm seeing a guy who I adore and who I think / hopes adores me right back. But I am probably not that lucky!

So relationships with those people who we fall in love with. When does it become serious? When does it move on from just seeing how it goes. Is it a time scale thing? Is it something you discuss with your partner? If your both ready to completely want each other... is that when its a relationship? If not then your just *** buddys or hanging out or *confused* can you tell?!?!?!

I think I am in a relationship... but is it serious. Do I even want it to be. If it is the whole settling down and moving in then I don't think it is something I am ready for or even want right now. But if a serious relationship is being commited to the other person then I think my situation could be classed as that but only if the guy is thinking the same back.

I am so confused. Not had much experience with relationships or how they work. It never seems easy does it! I thought it woudl be just like a drive... You go through places different milestones... its progresses until it ends *ends in a good or bad way*! But it doesn't seem to be moving at all or maybe it is and I can't tell?

Well anyway... Relationships are stressy! Is my only conclusion of the situation at the moment!

I think that SERIOUS relationships are built on friendships, not romance. Like you should only date/marry someone if you are very close as friends already, because romantic relationships are started simply because we want someone to love, and you hopefully "learn" to love them overtime, but with friends, its like you already love each other, and "dating" or marriage would just mean that you never stop hanging out. So my opinion is that you should only date or marry someone if you truly want to hang out with them forever.

So it's like, relationships should start from friendships, not dating.
