No you're certainly not alone. It happens exactly like you say, only in "reverse" as I am the one who feeds. It feels like I could it without seeing or thinking about a wobbling belly but then I know how strong and deep the peak would feel so I cant help but stay focused on belly fat

Same here, sort of. I'm only able to orgasm unless I imagine or fantasize myself getting fatter. It never used to be like that. It changed to this as I've gotten fatter. In fact, I have to be particularly on guard when I'm out. If I see a hot fat guy and imagine becoming like him, I can easily wind up in a "sticky" situation.
