Even though I love a man that would like to be very fat I would never want to bring him to the point he would fully depend on my help. And I think that health risks would be too high, and I think in daily life it would be better to have a little mobility left.
OK, if I had enough money to live in a suitable house, have some helping hands, own a big enough car/ van to carry him and his food, quit my work- then I could imagine to roll that fantasy into reality.
