Extreme obesity

I was watching TV the other day and there was that guy who was like 1072 lbs. and he couldn't move around, and I though how do people so fat that they are unable to get up out of bed go to the bathroom?

me, too. in fantasy, it's great, but in reality? no, thanks. (awesome pic, by the way, turquoise!)
