I'm not a vegan, but I love the taste of the Vega protein powder. It helps with post-workout muscle recovery and does not leave me feeling lethargic like a lot of other shakes.
Right now I mostly stay vegan but I'm flexible on it. If I'm out and about and can't avoid it, ok I'll have lacto/ovo stuff but right now there are no eggs/dairy in my kitchen at all.
I also eat clean for the most part, I have a lot of issues with food so my typical daily diet is pretty limited. But it's worth it when I do go all out and get stuffed
Long-time Vegetarian, though more of a stuffer than a feeder or feedee. On the rare occasion I get a well-done spread of vegetarian options, I will eat all I can hold. Otherwise, there are a lot of times where my options are not that satisfying, and there is no better way to make up for it than with a good stuffing.
embsmu: I've been a vegetarian my entire adult life. Luckily mac and cheese and pizza can be animal free! I am getting a little bored with those though, so if anyone has any suggestions to shake things up, I'd appreciate them!
