cream and cheese cornbread (2000+ cals)8 months

Not your ordinary corn bread. Get fat fast guarantee smiley lol

250g cheddar cheese (grated)
125ml sour cream
125g yellow cornmeal
170g sweetcorn
15g fresh chilies (chop fine)
3 tbs olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking powder

Increase the cheese, cream and oil a bit to make even more fat inducing.

Beat egg with oil and chilies. Mix in all ingredients, but leave a little cheese to sprinkle on top.
Bake in a greased 8x8" cake tin at 180C or 350F for 40 mins. Cool and eat smiley

Sounds great except i find Olive Oil repulsive, ive had it on salads and it makes me gag strong nassally taste...why not use vegetable oil, butter or even better good ol' lard... sure i'll try this recipe though, i've never has cornbread anyway lol[/quote]
