For men its pretty easy. There are plenty of vendors on ebay who sell basic clothes such as cargo and track pants, polo shirts and hoodies at very competitive prices and in sizes at least to 5XL and some go higher. There are specialist internet retailers (Sizedwell in the UK) that go to 8XL but they are more expensive.
