I found myself in a similar position recently. My gf had also gained some weight without me actively encouraging it, she had never heard of feederism before and didn’t know that I was into it or into bigger women
She had put on 45lbs or so unintentionally since we got together a little over a year ago, so she had been complaining about that saying she needed to diet / lose weight etc. I just decided to tell her I like her with the added weight and that I have a weight gain fetish. She wasn’t judgemental at all, and even asked some questions to try and understand what aspects of it I enjoy
In the end she doesn’t want to put on any more weight which is a bummer, but I support her decision. At least now she understands why I like rubbing her belly so much 🤣
I say you should just tell your gf you like her extra curves and think she’d look even better with even more. Good luck and hopefully she will be into it
