Soo, i got diagnosed with gastritis in early september, and the weight loss from this thing is terrible, i was a gainer but now idk what to do really, since i cant really eat the stuff i used to eat.
Well, since there are multiple tipes of gastritis. When it a Typ-b (most common) You just need to get treatment ( antibiotics+ppi) After 6 week you should be back to normal. In the mean time just don’t overdue it with stuffing and fatty food.
