Fat experiences

When i used to work out, i'd have one "cheat day" per week.

Now? EVERY day is "cheat day!"

And it feels good not to be obsessed over fitness like I used to be. Now I eat fast food without a care in the world multiple times per week, feel much happier that I'm not depriving myself and my outlook on life is better.

Delicious, rich food does not just the body good as a gainer, but the mind as well. No more food restrictions!
