Is coke even fattening?

Another reason for sugar being fattening is that it messes with your metabolism and insulin levels. Sounds scary, but basically when there's excess sugar in your body, it temporary kicks up your bodies' calorie to fat reserve conversion rate. So sugar during and after meals increases the efficiency at which the meal is stored as fat, in addition to the calories of the sugar itself.

Pre-stuffing

So I've been doing this for a while now. Everyone once in a while we have a family get together with dinner. And I hate it when familiy starts critizing my food intake and I know they will, every time. So now I stuff my face beforehand. I end up too full to move most of the times and try to hide it. I have to sneak into the bathroom to unbutton and rub my belly for relaxation more often then not.

Anyone have tips & tricks for these situations?

Been stuck at 230

Took me almost a year to break 230 pounds, metabolism can really suck. I lost some muscle mass as well along the way probably, but I came out fatter in the end smiley

2. I'd say around 350-400, but it depends on how I feel when I get there.

3. 600, maybe more. I want to know what it feels like to be absolutely HUGE.

2016 weight gain goals

I was aiming for 110kg (242 pounds) last year, just now I weighed in at 112kg (246 pounds), stuffed to the brim. That put my BMI right at 35. Next year I'm aiming a little higher: 128kg, or 282 pounds. That would put my BMI just over 40.

These are just fun numbers to play with though. Fatter, equally healthy and eating tons is what matters smiley
