Hey everyone, I'm very interested in gaining weight and was wondering that if I ate a TON everyday, how much weight and fat could I gain in a month? Would I notice any change in my belly?
I want to see if gaining weight is right for me and just want to experiment with it for a month. That way I can change my mind.

Are there any ways of gaining fat that wouldn't be detrimental to your health? What foods would you guys recommend?

Hello everyone! I am an 18 yr old male, 5ft 7, and 120 lbs. I am interested in gaining weight, however I would just like to try it out first. If I eat as much as I can everyday, how much fat do you think I could gain a a week. Would it be noticeable? Do you think I would see any difference in my belly? Thanks in advance!
