Lower back pain :(

Feedmesqueezeme:
I was getting back pain when I gained a bit and got over 300lbs. I started doing core exercises like goblet squats, and yoga stretches as it has helped a lot
Thanks for the tip smiley I find making myself walk for 20 minutes each day helps a lot (keeps the lower back muscles in good shape)

Death feedists

KingsLard:
fellow death feedist here. have to agree that death isn't the goal, for me at least. it's about pushing those boundaries, abandonment of health for the pursuit of hedonistic gluttony, living a gaining life without restraints and seeing where that takes me.

Hedonistic_Purity:
I honestly bet your death feeder will grieve heavily after your last swallow, while you are cumming too hard for your heart to keep from bursting...even though it will be the hottest moment if their lives.

justapig:
damn. knowing my life is so nearly over, as a humongous blob of lard, taking that last breath, cumming so hard ruptures parts of me. fuck
Same! I have given myself type 2 diabetes, hypertension, raised cholesterol and acid reflux. All self-inflicted due to my obesity and it is soooo hot

Dangerous gaining?

Hedonistic_Purity:
If you want to gain dangerously, eat as much butter cream frosting as you can make mixed with just enough heavy cream to get it down faster. Just be sure that if you develope diabetes you're on top of monitoring your sugar line every 15 minutes.

FatLover91:
I have no interest in controlling my diabetes. It’s a lot harder to gain rapidly if you’re too worried about controlling your blood sugar.

Hedonistic_Purity:
It's easier, actually! The insulin "helps" you gain. Every time you jab yourself you're turning that blood sugar into fat.

justapig:
god this got me hard and wet
Me too!

Uk meets?

c00kie:
Awesome so it sounds like we have god a bit of interest so lets get it sorted.

I am going to suggest a later date so we can generate more interest and get a larger group together. Also I think it's wise to let things settle with lockdown ending.I think it's going to be tricky due to the need to book etc now and not just turn up + uncertainty as to whether things are going to carry on as they are or more local lockdown etc. Up for it in theory though. A lot, including me, are wary about committing far in advance, due to health conditions, ethnicity etc

Date: Saturday 5th September 2020
Time: Suggestions? I guess it depends if people are travelling far...
Location: Manchester
Activities: Drinks & Socialising. (Don't think it's wise to book anything for a meal as people may flake and not turn up so lets keep it casual)

Advice for back pain?

I've had back issues for years.
A good quality mattress is important.
A 30 minute walk each day helps a lot. If he's not active at all, build up to it. My orthopaedic surgeon once said he thought that walking is the best thing for your back, as you use the relevant muscles and strengthen them, but gently and thereby avoid further injury and problems.
