Can't have a set answer for that.. everyone's different. It's like coronavirus:age is a big factor and the older them the more likely to be serious, but that's a big generalisation and as specific as you can be.

Mine got progressively worse. Milk helped to neutralise the acid. I didn't have it all the time, but the major problem became a persistent cough:this can happen over a period of time, due to stomach acid irritation to the oesophagus. After seeing my doctor and a specialist, they prescribed Lansoprazole twice a day and Ranitidine before bed +a swig of Gaviscon before bed each night. It seems to have worked.

Yeah, all the time. Not exercising my brain in the same way as not exercising my body. Never leaving the house and just being a couch potato, watching crappy TV all day while snacking on fatty food. Major turn on!

2009 I was about 180lbs and super fit. Now about 100lbs heavier with high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol
