I just had to post here. I finally broke through my weight plateau! I am so excited to explore how my body will grow and how quickly it will grow now. Super excited.

Reading all these posts inspired me to take the plunge. I have started at 1pint in the morning and 1pint just before I go to bed. I can't wait to see the weight pile on.

I am shooting for 10lbs this season. It will be a thrill to step on the scale come January.
