I'm a big believer in the gym then stuff policy.

I go to the gym, work up an appetite. Then come home and stuff myself silly. Then off to bed to let it all settle.

Rinse and repeat...

This year I want to get back to 330lb. Short term is to hit 400lb. Long term I'd love to be 500+
