Yikes, hedemon. =/ I've got a friend in Victoria myself, they had a blackout for three days. Pretty hellish. It's really, really bad.

So the southeast of Australia is on fire, and the northeast of Australia is underwater. Elemental chaos. X_X

That's right. The northeastern state of Queensland has also been hit by heavy flash-floods, not to mention cyclones.

Yeah. The temperature has hit 47.9 degrees Celsius (118.22 degrees Fahrenheit). Over 60 fires raging around the region, over 100 deaths from either heat-stroke/incineration.
.. it's a nightmare

I've just been watching the news on the heat wave destruction down south. One town's been utterly destroyed by fire- except for it's Information Centre.

I prefer staying up late. I like the nighttime.
