@Jay -Sometimes the end users realize something is broke, other times they don't.

@Jay - I can't speak for mods here but can tell you managing the IT world/data systems/website world isn't always fun. Fix one thing and break two others. Happens all the time.

@Jay Glitches happen; some behind the scenes things are out of the control of webmasters and network admins; trust me. Give the mods time to fix or explain.
