Sara consulted with a weight loss specialist and they determined that a lapband would be a good option. Within a couple weeks and consultations, Sara was undergoing the procedure...but she didn't stop there, she was taking weight loss pills as well. She dropped a huge amount of weight in the first month. 60 pounds. She knew her sister would gain, but she hadn't realized exactly how much.

Poor Megan...160 to 280 in 30 days. Sara called from time to time. She knew. She felt vindicated. She was down to 200, and then 180...but Megan had become enormous. 320 pounds. Gained 160 pounds in only 2 months. Sara Began to feel guilty, so she told Megan what she had figured out.

They got together and went over their weight rollercoaster. After lunch and a couple cocktails they determined that one sisters weight loss meant 2 pounds gained for the other sister. They had to strike a balance. But the balance would leave them both significantly larger than they had been a mere 3 years ago at the start of college.

To hit a mid point, Megan would need to lose 40 pounds for Sara to gain 80. They would even out at 280 pounds. Nearly double their weight since this effect had begun.

While Megan was cordial with her sister, her analytical mind realized that had Sara not spitefully gotten the lapband, and instead revealed her understanding right away, that they could have come to an even weight of 240. Megan hatched a devious plan. She would use diet pills to lose the 40 pounds, but she was also going to get a lapband and lipo behind Sara's back.

Sara took her initial 80 pound gain pretty well, she knew that she and Sara needed to get back to even. But in the weeks following that gain, she began to swell...and expand. Her hips reached epic proportions and her ass could shelf a record collection. She knew immediately what happened, but there was little she could do about it.

Megan had the lipo first, and then the lapband. The results were staggering to say the least. 140 pound loss in 2 months.

Sara exploded. She couldn't keep up with clothes. She was gaining almost 5 pounds a day. Her leg muscles couldn't keep up. She was so tired, so unable to heft her new weight...she was scared. She pleaded with Megan to stop. She was 560 pounds. Megan was 140. It wasn't fair. Fuck it. Sara made a decision to pack on more weight. Sara would become nothing but skin and bones, and no one wants that. She started to gorge herself. 580, 600. Megan was down to 120 pounds. 620, 640. Megan hit 100. She was not healthy. She needed to gain weight. She now had to beg.

Megan pleaded with Sara to make a pact. They had both had their revenge. It was time to be realistic. Megan was willing to even the scales...Sara, after some thought, agreed.

It took nearly a year, but they finally settled in at 370 pounds each.

They had to be careful that one didn't lose weight, and did well for several years.
