"Ohhhhhhh, it hurts so much, I can hardly breath."

Jack is taking very short breaths, every one feels like he is being stabbed in the stomach. The woman pokes Jack's belly,

"You turned yourself into quite the pig haven't you?" The woman begins rubbing Jack's belly,

"Your belly is very hard, don't worry all the fatty food will make it very soft again."

The woman slides her hands under Jack's belly and lifts it up slightly.

"Oh my, that's quite heavy. I know you think you won't like being immobile but you will. I mean its not like you have a choice any more." The woman stands up and turns off the lights.

"Go ahead and sleep, tomorrow I'll weigh you and I'll have a present for you too..."

24 hours later

Unknown to him she was now giving him both an antihistamine and an anti-depressant that stimulated appetite. They had the added benefit of making him drowsy and inclined to sleep a lot, reducing the expenditure of the thousands of calories he would consume daily. In a typical day that first week, she gave him the antidepressant twice daily and the antihistamine five times a day every four hours starting with a 6 am pre-breakfast feeding. So the week continued with her relentlessly stuffing him to the gills then massaging his belly and making him cum. Unlike previously when his belly would return to near normal size, it grew each day. With the forced feedings his gorged stomach pushed out his upper abdomen. As the feeding settled the swelling in his upper abdomen would diminish and his lower mid belly would expand. At first it just projected out. but soon started to widen so his lower belly was more evenly round. It grew, pushing out under his ribs at his sides, over his waist and his crotch. The muscles in his back and sides ached with the strain of his overloaded abdomen. Despite the discomfort he couldn't stay awake. The drug also made him constantly hungry, very lazy and dulled his mind -- he thought of resisting but all he wanted was to sleep. He also ate while he slept thanks to the feed tube and pump that kept streaming calories into him. He gained 12 pounds that week, most of it from the sheer volume of food he swallowed.
Jack sighed as he felt his huge belly being released from his pants. His legs became even fatter and tighter inside his jeans, a loud rip signaled the seat of his pants had split in two. Two more loud rips and Jack's inner thigh flab burst out of his amazingly large fitted jean shorts, the material could simply
"You were such a good boy to eat all that food," she whispered lovingly, tucking a strand of loose hair behind his ear. "You've done so well."

Jack breathed a sigh of relief, and to the woman's delight, the fullness of his stomach protruded outwards. He could tell she was smiling; her breaths warm and light in his ear. The chair that Jack was sitting in was designed so that the back of it supported the uppermost back; this allowed her to put his arms around Jack's waist and massage his belly gently. Jack moaned and groaned again, this time in complete relief. He certainly had soft hands - they were firm yet gentle and she knew how to massage him just right to give her the comfort he desperately needed. She continually massaged his stomach all over while Jack sighed with relief and properly took in just how well she could comfort him. Jack closed his eyes and leaned her head back so she was resting on the gentle, sadistic arms of her captor.

The endless parade of food continued.
The woman picked up a roll of Jack's heavy belly flab and said "You are growing nice and fat! Just can't stop eating can you. Now for some of your American cooking that you love" The woman thought to herself he was really growing a tremendously engorged stomach.
