The carts with the German foods were taken away and in their place carts loaded with American food were replaced. The woman pushed another button on a control panel she was holding and the chair brought him up right to a sitting position. He could feel something in his bottom being spread apart. She came up to his ear and whispered "See you don't have to get up to use the toilet, this chair has a built in bidet. I don't want you to get too full up with food, time to expel some of that food you have been eating." Jack watched as she stepped back and walked behind him out of sight. Jack had not realized how much he had to go after the being stuffed by the machine and all the food he had eaten earlier in the day. He pushed and strained for over 10 minutes his face turning red and grunting sweat running down his face from all the exertion, but nothing would come out. All the rich foods he had eaten had plugged him up tight. He felt very uncomfortable and stuffed like a fat pig. He sat in the chair exhausted trying to catch his breath, huffing and puffing from all the weight he had gained pushing against his lungs along with all the food in his stomach. The women came around to him patting his stomach and giggling "having some problem, eaten to much food, can't get it out? Here my fat prince let me help". The women pushed a button on the Pad she had in her hand. He felt a plug pushed up into his anus. Then the pulsing started in his anus. Against his will his pelvis thrust forward as the prod hit his prostrate sweet spot, it was lubricated with a special gel that increased sensations and the ability to have multiple climaxes. He shudders as the probe that had been just one inch inside of him began to slowly move up and inside, up and down, a bit further in each time. He tried to resist the urge to move his body harder on it, but that didn't last long. Jack let out a squeal and a grunt but he could not speak because of the mask. The woman than brought out a funnel and large mixing container filled with some white liquid. "First we need to get you in the right position" She pressed a pedal on the floor and his head was brought back. Then she came over behind him and removed a section of the mask and replaced it with a section that had a hole in it for a funnel. "Here we are, this should help out my fat overstuffed boy, here drink this down some mixture I have made for you special". The woman inserted a funnel into the hole in the mask and started to pour in a thick white liquid. Jack at first gaged and tried to spit it out and it bubbled out of the funnel. The women looked at him with a grin "Playing games are we, let's try this again". The woman now pinched Jack's nose shut but there was nothing he could do but drink it down. As she poured in the contents of the container, he could feel he stomach starting to react to whatever the white liquid was. "Yes drink it all down!" As the woman emptied the whole container into Jack. "Now we will let that sit for 15 minutes and see what's happens. She pressed the pedal again and he was brought back to a sitting position and the rubber mask was taken away. "There there let's see how that works for you, all that rich, heavy German sausage, cheese and desserts have you constipated. Let's see if that will make a difference something my poor Albert did not have when you forgot his medicine". After about 5 minutes he could feel a strong gurgling coming from his stomach and gas building up like he had to poop. Hot, shallow breaths were interspersed with instinctive gulps whenever he felt the painful mass in his middle begin to roil and bubble. It was almost like pressure was building and there was nothing he could do about it. The woman came back after 10 minutes and ran her hands over Jack's stuffed huge belly. "How does that feel my dear, you see my husband works for a pharmaceutical company, I had him make that up special just for you. It is a mixture of a powerful laxative and Pepto-Bismol like compounds." His stomach was now making large gurgling noises and he was burping and in a lot of pain as the gas was making his stomach and small/large intestine work on the medicine. "Well I think the mixture is working well, let's try to help you out a little more" she said with a sinister chuckle. The women than pressed another button and 4 arms came down and started to press into his belly with small baseball size balls that had five fingers with small hard rubber tips. These tips pressed in certain areas around his large and small intestines, the sensation was making him want to go but he could not. This went on for a 10 more minutes, but it seemed like hours. Sweat was coming down his face as he strained and pushed but he could feel something down there blocking anything from happening. The women started to laugh "Having some problem, eaten to much food, can't get it out? Here my fat boy let me help". The women than pressed another button and he could feel the plug removed from his anus and a rush of waste leave his body. A great sign of contentment came over his face as he pushed and stained. All the effort was making his weight controlled asthma came on fervent so he could barely breath and was gasping for air. The women came over placed a nebulizer mask over his face and said" There There my gluttonous fat boy breath in the nice medicated mist" Jack sucked at the mask while he continued to poop for over 10 min. After he was done she brought out a large bag of waste from behind him and said "My my you have been eating a lot, well time to feed that hungry belly some of your rich American food!!" She then went over and pushed a button and he was put in a 45 degrees' position and feed some more.
