Today Sarah's doctor was coming to do an echograph of the twins as the babies were at 24 weeks, at the end of the second trimester. In the last six weeks the mom had continued gaining weight.

As she waited for the doctor to arrive, Sarah was sucking on the feeding tube even though it was on high. Nowadays she had been eating less and less real food as it took energy out of her. Her arms just couldn't keep up with her hunger anymore.

"Hey Sarah how are you doing today" asked her doctor as he walked in, carrying the equipment for an echograph.

"I'm feeling good, but quite heavy" laughed Sarah, talking the tube out of her mouth. Just by laughing, it created waves of blubber.

"Alright, we'll start with the echograph right away then" said the doc.

He then put a big amount of gel on Sarah's mega bump. It took him a bit to find the babies as the area was so large. He then proceeded to prod her belly, feeling the top part all the way to the bottom of her bump. Going back up, he pressed on each side of it.

"Well Sarah I have some news. It seems history is repeating itself, as you're not only carrying the twins. It's again a multi-pregnancy with different ages. Some babies are further along than others." announced the doctor.

"Oh that's why I've been feeling so hungry then!" said Sarah surprised.

"Yes, from this examination I believe that you're carrying the twins who are 24 weeks, another baby at 14 weeks and ... triplets at 6 weeks. It is quite incredible as the more weight you have gained, the more fertile you seem to be." answered the doctor as he took some notes down. He looked at the scale on the bed and it read 944 pounds, making her by far the biggest she had ever been.

The doctor then measured her bump, from the lowest part of her overhang all the way up to her huge boobs who were resting on her mountain of a belly. It was a whopping 52 inches.

"Well Sarah, I'll recommend you continue doing the same, any weight loss right now would be too stressful on the babies and as you're carrying 6 babies in there at your weight you have to keep a high calorie intake" said the doctor before leaving.

Sarah right away put the feeding tube in her mouth, sucking on it. She instantly felt the warm and heavy liquid filling her up. She was already stuffed but the lard was stretching her stomach. At the same time, the twins started kicking, making it hard for her to breathe. She put both of her fat hands on her sides and started massaging her bump. Not long after, she fell asleep from all the food.
