This was a discouraging weigh in.
i only gained 2 lbs and 4 ounces but it put me above 540 lbs and now that im out of the 530s it just seems that 550 is looming.

I have failed at losing so far but I've slowed down my gaining.
The only thing is try harder to not eat so much. and continue my bed exercises
