I worked really hard this week and lost 4 lbs. wish it was more but its all headed in the right direction i guess

I want to go to the wildlife refuge out side of town and sit on bench and watch the deer and other wildlife come to the small pond.

i want to shop, even if its in walmart and i get stared at like the fat lady i am. but at least i'll be outside.

The people who visit me and keep me company have been wonderful. all of you. i just need more.

I know i wont stay mobile for long expecially with my 'helpers".
but just to take care of myself and not depend on someone to clean and bathe me.
id like to not wear a diaper for a while. or ever.

i miss food though oh how i miss the filled doughnuts and shake and i really miss being filled till its hard to breathe.
just want to be on my own again for a while at least before becoming piece of f
