Sorry for the bother. this is a rough tine of year for me. I'm in the goal range now and plan to stop gaining this week or next. and just stay in a maintenance mode.

im going for 510-520 lbs and stay like this much for 6 months. Those of you when know me understand why i need to do this.

I don't ever see myself losing enough weight to ever be sell sufficient again, but i would like to walk again at some point. for now I'm going to maintain this weigh and do some stregnth training. my arms are so weak.
