Fantasy Feeder is an online fat acceptance community for adults. It is completely free to sign-up for an account and use, and you may purchase optional upgrade subscriptions for premium features. You may also earn commission on your content uploads by applying for an Earnings Account.
By using this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract for the provision of the service, the details of which are shown below.
Membership Accounts
Eligibility: This website is intended for the use of individuals aged 18 or over, and not for minors, traders or businesses.
Privacy: We are fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), details of which can be seen in our privacy policy.
Security: You will be held accountable for all activities that occur on your account, including those that break our website rules. Therefore, we advise you to keep your password safe and do not share your account with anyone else.
Do not share your password with others.
Do not save your log in details on shared devices.
Log out of your account at the end of every session.
Choose a strong password. Try to include lowercase, uppercase, numbers and special characters.
Report any suspicious or unauthorised use on your account to the Fantasy Feeder Team.
Deleting your account: You can delete your account at any time, which will immediately remove all registration information and visible content, including any images or videos you may have uploaded and any comments, messages or post you may have made. For this reason, deleted accounts cannot be recovered, however it may be possible to make a new account. Some data may remain for up to 6 months, such as backups, log files and email communications. After this time, it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. Inactive accounts will automatically be deleted after 2 years.
Your conduct: Becoming a member of Fantasy Feeder means that you should respect the nature of our website whether you actively engage in the lifestyle or not. We wish to create a welcoming and safe space for our members at all times. While we appreciate not all content may be fat related, please try to keep things on topic and fat positive. Negative behaviour may result in warnings and ban’s being applied to your account.
Only create one account.
Do not share your account with anyone else.
Do not impersonate another member or person.
Do not harass or harm members or visitors to the site.
Do not upload any content including messages posts and comments that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive or goes against website rules.
Do not advertise or promote any other service on the site without explicit permission from our Fantasy Feeder team. Strictly non-commercial use only.
Your content: Any content uploaded to your account, including any images, videos, comments or posts, is your personal responsibility and must follow our website rules. We do not pre-screen content, however any content that breaks site rules will be removed and warnings or bans may be issued against your account.
Pornography: Fantasy Feeder is a website for adults therefore your content may have mild sexual themes. However, it should not contain pornographic imagery, underage persons or illegal activity.
Behaviour: Be respectful at all times, no threatening or violent behaviour.
Copyright: We try to protect your copyright adding watermarks to your images and disabling right-click. However, in the unlikely event that your content is stolen or used elsewhere without your permission, we do not except responsibility. It is your choice to upload content and by doing so you accept the risks involved.
Account Visibility:: Users can choose to make their account publicly visible in settings. If set to non-public, your profile and content will not be indexed by search engines and will not appear in Fantasy Feeder-related searches.
Content removal: In the unfortunate event your content has been stolen and posted on Fantasy Feeder without your consent, please contact us directly and it will be removed as soon as possible. Where content posted on Fantasy Feeder appears on other websites, including search engines, you will need to contact those websites directly to get your content removed.
Disputes with other members: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, however we will try without obligation, to resolve disputes fairly and impartially when they arise. If you wish to report another member for breaking rules, please include as much information as possible and provide screenshots so that we can investigate fully.
Disputes on third-party applications: We only have jurisdiction over our own applications and therefore cannot get involved in disputes between members that occur elsewhere. However, we are aware that scammers occasionally get onto the website and try to lure members elsewhere to solicit money from them. Please help us by reporting these members if you come across them.
Banning: We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time due to misuse of the site or breaking of rules. With the notable exception of spammers, trolls, fake accounts and duplicate accounts, you will usually receive a warning before being banned. Ban’s are applied based on the severity and frequency of misdemeanours and typically increase in length on each occasion. Permanent bans are a last resort but will be implemented if necessary.
Appeals: If you have received a warning or ban and feel it is unjust, you can raise a dispute by contacting the Fantasy Feeder team with any supporting evidence you have. Your appeal will then be reviewed and may or may not be upheld. Our decision will be final.
Paid Subscriptions
Upgrading your account: You can upgrade your account to access premium features by purchasing a paid subscription. Four types of upgrade are available, Individual, Fantasy, Social and Combined, each one giving you access to different features. Features may change or be swapped for other equivalent features without notice. Full details can be found on our upgrades page.
Subscription payments: Payments are made via PayPal on a recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription you signed up for.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to My Account → Subscriptions and clicking ‘Cancel subscription’ next to the relevant plan you wish to cancel. You can also cancel your subscription by logging into your PayPal account and going to Tools ->All Tools -> Recurring payments. We can also cancel your subscription for you, please request a cancellation via the upgrades page or by contacting the Fantasy Feeder team. We require at least 48 working hours advanced notice if you wish to avoid your next subscription payment. Cancelling your subscription will not affect your current upgrade and you will continue to have use of premium features until it expires.
Refunds: Full refunds may be given if a request is received within the first 7 days of your purchase. Requests will not be considered after this time and partial refunds are not given. If you delete your account after purchasing an upgrade we will not issue a refund, however if you choose to create a new account we can apply the remainder of your upgrade to it. Refunds will not be given if your account is banned for any reason.
Disputes: We want you to be completely happy with your upgrades and payments, however if you do have any issues please get in touch with us directly in the first instance and we’ll do our best to try and resolve them. If you are still not happy then you may raise a dispute via PayPal.
Chargebacks: Please do not raise a dispute via your credit card company, come directly to us or go to PayPal instead. When credit card companies issue a refund we also get an additional charge. This is not cost effective for us and completely unnecessary since we are more than happy to discuss and issue refunds where applicable. Members who persist in creating a chargeback will be permanently banned from the website without appeal.
Store Items
Purchasing: Payments can be made via PayPal to view items in our website store, such as videos, pictures and stories. These are one-off payments and not repeat subscriptions. Once a payment is approved by PayPal, a link to the items will be placed in My Favorites, giving you instant access.
Availability: Any items purchased will be available for a minimum of 3 months, or until you delete your website account, whichever the sooner. Once your account is deleted your store items will no longer be available, even if you then subsequently create a new account.
Viewing: You will be able to view store items on the website only. Unfortunately to protect copyright, downloads will not be made available.
Refunds: Access to store items is usually immediate, therefore we cannot give refunds for these items, even if you have purchased the wrong thing. Please double check that the item you are purchasing is the one you want to view.
Earnings Accounts
Description: An earnings account allows you to post premium content that can only be viewed by members with upgraded accounts. When a member upgrades their account to access your premium content, you will receive a commission equal to 50% of the initial subscription payment (this will vary depending on the type and duration of the subscription they choose) and 20% of any repeat subscriptions made within a 12 month period.
Eligibility and Verification: Anyone can apply for an earnings account, whether you have a basic or upgraded membership. You must be at least 18 years of age and meet the content requirements outlined in the Work With Us section. When you apply for an earnings account, we will review your profile to ensure you meet these requirements. If approved, we will request photographic ID for verification purposes. All identification documents are stored securely and handled in full compliance with GDPR regulations. If you delete your earnings account, your ID will be permanently deleted six months after the deletion date, in accordance with our data retention schedule. Your ID will not be shared with any third-party companies, but may be disclosed to authorities if required to meet legal obligations.
Commission: You can track your earnings in the My Earnings section of the website. Commissions are paid in arrears via PayPal or bank transfer on the 1st of every month for earners paid through PayPal. For earners paid via bank transfer, due to a minimum transaction requirement, payments can only be made when your commission balance reaches $15 USD or more. If your commission does not reach $15 in a given month, the amount will be carried over and added to the following month’s total until the $15 threshold is met. Currency exchange rates are determined by the payment processor, and a small processing fee will be deducted from your final payout. You are responsible for declaring any taxable earnings in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
Approving content: We want our premium content to be of the highest quality and reserve the right to decline any content that we feel is not suitable. Declined content will revert to being standard content which is visible by all members.
Activity: Anyone applying for an earnings account should be serious, as this is effectively running your own content creation business. We welcome earners who are committed to being active, producing high-quality content, and generating revenue. If your account is not active or you fail to regularly post premium content, your earnings account may be reviewed and removed. In the event that your account is removed, all premium content you posted will revert to standard content and will be viewable by all members of the site. Any commission owed to you for the current month will still be paid on the next scheduled commission payment date.
Marketing: By uploading content you agree that Fantasy Feeder may use your pictures, videos and stories as part of advertising campaigns on our website, and via emails to our members. We also advertise on third party websites and applications such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, to improve sales and commissions.
Cancelling: If you wish to cancel your earnings account please let us know and we will remove access to the earnings account. All of your premium content will revert to being standard content and become viewable by all members. Any commission you may have earned will still be paid.
Deleting account: Active earners cannot delete their Fantasy Feeder account directly. If you attempt to do so, you will be prompted to contact us. This process ensures that we can properly remove you as an earner and process any outstanding earnings or commissions before your account is deleted.
Other
No resale of service: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, (including your Fantasy Feeder account), use of the service, or access to the service.
Modifications to service: Fantasy Feeder reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Fantasy Feeder shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Proprietary information: The service contains information that is proprietary to our partners, our members and us. You may not modify, post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks or other proprietary information without having first received the express written permission of the owner of such information.
Disclaimer of warranties: You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Fantasy Feeder expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Fantasy Feeder makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Fantasy Feeder or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this agreement.
Dispute resolution: We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, English law governs this contract and you must do so within the United Kingdom.
