One month later, Sarah never left her bed, except to go to the bathroom. It was necessary so the babies could stay as long as possible inside and not be stressed. Being bed bound had taken a toll on her mood and consequently, her weight. Her bump was so big she had a lot of trouble moving around. Yesterday, the nurse had measured it and it was 94 inches around. She had to indulge so many calories, she was now up to four xx-large milkshakes a day. John was on leave from work since he needed to take care of Sarah and bring her food pretty much all day long. He would cook her a giant breakfast in the morning and then leave to go through a few drive throughs and stop at restaurants or grocery stores to have enough food for the rest of the day.

It was lunch time so Sarah was indulging in a box of 60 chicken nuggets, with three hamburgers waiting for her and multiple sides of fries as she loved those. She was propped up with pillows in a sitting position in bed and her belly was so big it covered up her knees. Her boobs also showed no sign that they would stop growing. The pair rested comfortably on her oversized belly. Sarah also rarely wore any clothing now since she never left the house and had nothing that would accommodate the size of her midsection.

John walked in carrying her lunch milkshake and an apple pie and a box of 20 cupcakes for her dessert. He always thought the blonde was beautiful but this pregnancy made her look even hotter. She was so helpless, always hungry and had curves out of this world. Sometimes John would have thoughts about how she was his pretty cow who was growing and growing for him. He would never talk about it with Sarah, but he loved her size.

"Hi honey do you need anything else?" asked John putting the food down next to her so she could reach it easily.

"I'm feeling so stuffed today, do you think you could give me a belly rub?" answered Sarah making a pouty face.

John simply climbed on their King bed and started massaging her enormous midsection. It was just one big mountain of blubber at this point. The surface was very soft with pudgy fat covering her entire bump but underneath while rubbing you could feel the babies. The blonde loved a quite firm belly massage as it took out the pressure she felt all day long. John then proceeded to start massaging her breasts since he knew how big and full they felt for her. Sarah just started moaning at the pleasure this was bringing her, John knew exactly how to help her.

A few minutes later milk squirted right into John's face and she let out a sigh at the feeling. Not even thinking about it, he put is mouth on a nipple and started sucking while massaging the breast. A heavy flow of milk came in his mouth and he welcomed the sweet taste. Sarah started moaning louder, this felt so good and relieved the pressure she had been feeling for weeks. It took almost half an hour to empty the milk in one breast so Sarah started drinking her shake and eating her pie while John started working on her other breast.

45 minutes later John fell asleep, his head on Sarah's soft breasts and his arm over her enormous bump while Sarah continued to eat. Sarah could see his little belly looking extremely full.
