Chapter 3: Personal Trainer and Romance

Prompt: Write a story about Jack, who is going to see his mean personal trainer who humiliates him in public for getting fatter at each session. Jack is turned on by the shame and enjoys it.

Jack was dreading this particular day. He had been going to the gym for months, but was no closer to reaching his goal of getting fit and losing weight. His personal trainer, a stern woman named Mary, had been pushing him hard, but to no avail. Every time he visited her, she made sure to embarrass him in front of the other gym-goers.

Today, he was expecting the worst. He had gained a few pounds since his last visit and knew Mary would not be happy about it. As he walked into the gym he felt a mixture of shame and excitement. Jack tried to act nonchalant, pretending he hadn't noticed the weight gain. But the doctor was relentless in his chastising, going on and on about how Jack was endangering his health and how he should be ashamed of himself.

Jack felt embarrassed and ashamed, but at the same time, he couldn't deny the arousal he felt from the situation. He felt a strange pleasure in being scolded and humiliated by his doctor.

When the appointment was over, Jack felt relieved and disappointed at the same time. He knew he had to make some changes in his lifestyle if he wanted to get healthier, but he also knew he had found a new source of pleasure in his humiliation.

Instead, Fred had prepared a delicious feast for them. There were steaks, potatoes, and vegetables, along with a variety of sauces and condiments. Jack couldn't help but smile as he realized that Fred had gone all out for him.

The two of them dug into the food, savoring each bite. Jack felt his embarrassment slowly slipping away as he enjoyed the delicious meal with the one he loved. He felt so safe and happy in Fred's presence, and he knew that no matter what happened, Fred would always be there for him.

As they finished their meal, Jack felt satisfied and content. He had forgotten all about his embarrassment, and he found himself looking forward to the next time they would share a meal together.
