Lexi made her way to the outside where the rest of the former team had set themselves up to pick teams, with Stacy and Amy, another former team captain had been selected to be team captains. Lexi knew that she was going to be picked to be lasted with the group of girls that had shown up to the reunion, no girl had quite let themselves go like she had with Lexi out weighing the closest girl by over 200 pounds. “Alright I’ll take Sophie,” said Stacy as the fit and athletic Sophie made her way to Stacy’s side of the volleyball pit. Stacy received the ball and set it up for Jenna in the front row who spiked it down quickly scoring a point for Lexi’s team. “Way to go Jenna,” said Lexi trying to encourage her teammate and patch up the mistake she had made from her early mistakes. “Just leave the actual playing to the people who can move 2 feet without gasping for breath” said Jenna clearly upset from the earlier play from Lexi. “Oh yeah you’re right,” said Lexi as she shrunk down at the confrontation knowing that she was in no shape to play the simplest of pickup games. “Hey were all here to have fun Jenna so don’t be that way,” said Stacy from the back row as Jenna look at her annoyed. “I don’t want to hog everything on the court, bring Megan in for me,” said Lexi as she push her body up and went to the side line. Megan rush in to her spot with a smirk on her face. “The slight effort was enough to put you wide ass on the side line, that sad,” said Megan as she past Lexi.
