Chapter 2 - aftermath

Princess Jasmine awoke with a start, having gone into a food coma from her earlier indulgence that day. She lifted her head, and saw that, to her dismay, her belly was still a massive dome of flesh. But, she had vaguely recalled enjoying it before passing out. Did she imagine it? She certainly did not enjoy the pain her stuffed belly gave her, like a massive boulder sitting atop her tummy, crushing her. Unable to do much to ease the pain in her sloshing belly, Jasmine picked herself up off the kitchen floor, and waddled, being careful to not move her belly too much, all the way back to her bedroom. She finally reached her bed, and plopped down unceremoniously. Looking up at the ceiling, she tried pushing her belly out as much as she could, hoping that would somehow ease the pain, but it only resulted in making her look fatter than she already did. Unable to handle the pain in her big fat belly any longer, she began to weep. In an instant, her mother the queen was in her bedroom.

"Oh, sweetie, what's wrong?" Queen Eris asked, suddenly noticing her daughter's bulging, round belly. Ignoring it, she sat down next to her daughter, and gently grabbed hold of her hand. "Are you okay, baby? Tell mommy what's wrong..." Yes, Queen Eris feared the day when Jasmine would be coronated queen; yes, she did not want it to happen. But in spite of all that, Queen Eris was a kind, gentle soul, loving and motherly, and every bit as beautiful as her daughter.

"M-My...tummy hurts...really bad...a witch...did this to me...*sniff*..."

"Oh, honey...Mommy's here now..." Eris laid down next to her sobbing daughter, and gently began to massage Jasmine's huge belly, which was as firm as a drum, and as perfectly round as a globe. "Mommy's here...You don't need to cry now, baby..." And so, Jasmine softly drifted off to sleep once more, reveling in the gentle touch of her mother's warm hands all over her belly.

It wasn't until late afternoon of the next day that Jasmine woke up. She felt immense relief from the pain she felt the previous day; her belly no longer ached, thanks to her mother rubbing it for her. She sighed, and a loud belch escaped past her lips. Once more, she looked down at her stomach, and gasped. While it was not as round as it was the other day, it was still very noticeably larger. She reached down. It was no longer the firm, tight, bloated belly, but instead, a lump of flab. She leaped out of bed, watching her belly quiver with each movement, and into her oft occupied mirror. Her belly was indeed much larger than it had felt. Her shirt, although ripped apart during yesterday's binge, did nothing to cover up Jasmine's new potbelly. Astonished with the sudden realization that she had become fat overnight, Jasmine shrieked. She squeezed and shook her potbelly, as if checking to see if it was real, or some nightmare, but it was quite real indeed.

"How could this happen?!" Jasmine screamed. "That stupid old witch! She made me fat!" Angered with the witch's actions, which were quite obviously Jasmine's fault for not owing up to her end of the bargain, Jasmine began to set off in search off the witch, before she felt a rumble of hunger quake behind her cute belly button. "Guess I should eat first...No! Whatever I eat, that stupid witch will just make me fatter and fatter!" Her stomach growled again. Jasmine was absolutely famished, and faint with hunger. "...Fine...I'll eat..."
