Chapter 2 - doctor knows best 1 part 2

**Doctor Millen**

'My god, just look at her, six months in and still so damn tiny compared to me, heck, it's like she's pregnant with a piece of chewing gum, Kelly on the other hand is coming along well. I soon took care of that little bombshell.' Leaning on the doorframe of her office Doctor June Millen spied her most recent patient as she sauntered to the reception desk, eyeing up her curves as she and Kelly exchanged banter. Running a hand over her own curves, disguised as scratching various itches should anyone be watching, she felt her fingertips sink deeper into her flesh than she would have liked, 'Damn cravings', the good doctor snapped at herself internally. At 31 years old June and her husband had longed to start a family after 3 years of marriage, she couldn't wait to blossom with motherhood as she carried the life they had created inside of her. She had always promised herself she would make herself an example to so many of her patients, through healthy eating and regular exercise she would maintain the lithe, succulent form her husband had craved. However, such was not the case, the first trimester had played hell on her body, the first month was riddled with morning sickness and fatigue on top of the early swelling her body went through, but after the morning sickness cleared up it was replaced with what Doctor Millen viewed as its polar opposite: cravings and hunger. Where once she found she could barely keep anything in, she now found she could barely keep anything out, and after almost three months it showed, much to her dismay.

As those short months whizzed by her clothing sizes had to be gradually increased and they looked as if they wouldn't stop, with the new weight she found her husband's physical affections beginning to lag, they still had sex but she couldn't deny her husband's lack of enthusiasm for her growing size. In less than four months she had put on a staggering 32 pounds, well above what she knew to be healthy, but she had been sure to keep a keen eye on her and the baby's health, but she couldn't deny what a hypocrite she felt, always having advised her patients to keep within certain weight boundaries and now here she was, not even half way through her pregnancy and she was already almost past the recommended weight gain for the entire pregnancy. 'Hypocritical oath indeed', she chastised herself.

A real jolt to her feelings came almost two months ago when she discovered her husband's hidden stash of online porn; several clicks, a few tears and many frustrated grunts later and she was lead to a site containing a face June found maddeningly familiar, it was Kristen Hendricks for sure, although on here she was known as Pussy-Cat Kristy. Labelled as a frisky, kinky sex kitten June turned red with rage, she'd heard the name before but had never actually seen "Miss Kristy" before until now. After checking the browser history she found almost daily page-views as well as downloads, obviously her husband had been smart enough to relocate the downloads to an external drive most likely, but not smart enough to wipe the browser history. 'Idiot, that's what happens with either hasty or late night porn-watching, remembers one thing but forgets another, urgh...'

Flicking through various images on the site it was clear Miss Kristy made no secret of her pregnancy, just as much as she made no secret of her attempts to stay in shape for her faithful patrons and followers and damn it, it showed. At only 3 months her smooth, fine lines remained tight and streamline, it seemed like the only things that expanded were her belly and breasts, everything else remained unchanged much to June's chagrin. 'I suppose we'll have to do something about that, won't we? She is looking a little underweight after all, we'll see how many page-views her material gets from this computer over the next few months'. With a sly grin she logged off the computer and proceeded to get dressed whilst running through what she could do to fix Miss Hendricks and her husband's obvious attraction to her body in place of her own.

Some hours later her husband had arrived at the surgery to pick June up for their usual little lunch date, at least one day every week June would work a half day and Roger would swing by and whisk her off to lunch and then spend the rest of the day together, what with both their heavy schedules they were determined to spend more time together, especially with the announcement of June's impending motherhood. Upon exiting her office she looked over to Kelly's reception desk only to find her husband making witty banter and even flirting somewhat with the petite blond, this only served to fan June's flames of rage as she caught Roger ogling the young receptionist. 'What the hell, is he attracted to every pregnant women but me?!', she screamed inside her head, 'Well it appears I've got the perfect guinea pig to test my little plan out on before I move on to Miss Hendricks'.

At Kelly's next appointment Doctor Millen went through the motions during the check up, measurements and weighing followed by puzzled and concerned looks, gentle headshakes and headscratches leading poor, pregnant Kelly to enquire, "Is everything ok, Doc?"

"Honestly Kelly, I'm a little worried, looking over your chart for a girl your size at five months you should be... well, bigger, really, both you and the baby. I'm going to prescribe you a few items which should help resolve the issue, but you're gonna have to keep on them for the rest of the pregnancy", Doctor Millen said with a sympathetic hand on Kelly's shoulder.

"O-okay, I can do that, whatever you think's best", Kelly said with a faint quiver in her voice as she looked down at her maternal swell.

Sitting down next to the exam bench upon which Kelly sat Doctor Millen looked at her solemnly, "Now Kelly, I know a lot of women develop body-image issues as their pregnancies progress and their bodies grow, and this prescription I'm putting you on will cause some more drastic changes to your size than you might like, but you have to remember it's for the best. Do you understand?"

"I think so, Doctor", Kelly responded with a reassured smile.

The next month saw an array of changes in Kelly's physique that brought a grin to June's face every day she entered the office and it seemed that as the changes became more and more apparent Roger became less and less sociable with Kelly when he dropped by the pick up his loving wife. Everyday June made sure Kelly's work station was well garnered with edible treats for her to snack on, and while in the first week Kelly was resistant to such offerings, that resistance soon began to crumble as the new medication took root in her body's system. As the weeks passed and June's own body continued to swell under her lack of self-control and fatigue she felt slightly relieved at the sight of Kelly's body inflating at a considerably more rapid rate than her own. When Kelly would voice her worries of her growing body and rampant eating habits June would only have to reassure her that she was making great progress since starting the new drug regime and that she needed to keep at it for the regime to have maximum effect.

After six weeks of observing the success of her first foray in manipulating a patient Doctor Millen was eager to turn her sights on Kristen Hendricks and her tight tush.
