Now, two months into their treatment, the subsequent hormones, growth stimulants and female reuptake inhibitors were having dramatic but opposite effects on the couple's bodies. Where Tommy used to have the awesome metabolism that burned off thosands of exta calories, now it was Lydia's body converting fat to muscle in maximum overdrive.

His body too was rapidly transforming. Even with their daily jogs, which were getting more difficult by the day, he'd still managed to put on 26 lbs in the same time. Tommy ran lifted weights and was doing everything possible to burn fat. But to no real avail.

His arms had gotten quite big and looked massive. But at 276, most of the weight had gone to his gut and butt. He had expected his belly to get really big and round, but it for the most part had gotten just soft and flabby. Not even an shred of his former sick pack was left. Even while wearing loose fitting clothing, Lydia and others now all noticed the beginnings of jiggle.
