10lbs in two weeks

So I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last couple of years and have settled around a 170/175 lbs. Felt recently like I’d put a bit back on stepped on the scales and was shocked to see 190lbs on the scale

200lbs has always seemed like a great milestone for me and my partner is away for the next two weeks for work and instantly the idea popped into my head to get back too 200 before they get back.

I put all my details into a calorie calculator to gain the 10lbs in 2 weeks and apparently I need to have 5464 calories a day.

Is this possible and if so any tips to easily get those calories in?

I'm not sure of the figuring on that. It takes 3500 calories extra, above maintenance level, to put on a pound. I have gained 10 in a week when I was planning and getting the calories.
Go with high calorie, high carb, and fat...be careful of too much sweets as they will screw up digestion after a point, as will cream. There is a difference in stuffing once and trying to put on pounds.
Try to finish the night off with high calorie meals.
You can add a weight gainer to smoothies for an extra punch too.

So according to the weight gain calculator website I used I need 2964 calories to maintain my current weight of 190lbs and 5464 to gain 10lbs in a week. Does that seem right?

10lbs in two weeks

I just want it to fly on really quickly so that when my partner comes home I’ve got a big belly hanging off me apparently from no where. Well that’s how I see it happening in my head anyway lol
