So I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last couple of years and have settled around a 170/175 lbs. Felt recently like I’d put a bit back on stepped on the scales and was shocked to see 190lbs on the scale
200lbs has always seemed like a great milestone for me and my partner is away for the next two weeks for work and instantly the idea popped into my head to get back too 200 before they get back.
I put all my details into a calorie calculator to gain the 10lbs in 2 weeks and apparently I need to have 5464 calories a day.
Is this possible and if so any tips to easily get those calories in?
