What started as wanting to put some muscle on very quickly became a reason to always be full. Full meals quickly expanded to including alcohol, desserts, and always having snacks around. Partner introduced me to the terms and I was made aware of an entirely new world…and had my eyes opened to what they’d been doing for the last months. Kinda loved it but am not sure about what I can to do make it better, or if I just continue as I am and see where the holidays take me. Curious and would appreciate any guidance, tips, or suggestions that might be out there
