Hi y’all it’s probably been brought up or asked a bunch but I’m someone who does want to be fat but I also care about what I put in my body (struggle is real) does anyone have any go too foods or recipes that are relatively clean I mainly care about processed stuff food dyes etc gotta love American food lol

When actively gaining, a lot of processed food finds it's way into my diet, but day to day, I enjoy whole foods too. Do you enjoy big colorful salads? I make them often with protein like grilled chicken or shrimp, feta cheese, chick peas, etc. Nut butters with raw vegetables are good too if allergies aren't a concern.

There's a lot you can do. Pot roast, slow cooker meals, stir fry, pasta and rice dishes, etc etc.

One of my fave things to do is pick a random culture and look up easy recipies. You can find a lot of good, healthy foods that way. Then just add things like sauces, cheese, or butter and eat bigger portions.

Cooking is a hobby of mine as well (entirely unrelated to the fetish). Thai and Indonesian cuisine can lend itself quite well to clean eating too.

I agree with what everyone says here, so I’m just gonna add that nuts and nut butter are a GREAT way to add some serious caloric heft. As far as clean eating goes, check the ingredients list- the best nut butters have nothing more than nuts and salt (maybe with some oil to prevent separation).
