Fat experiences

Is it much more difficult to gain 'new' fat than to regain lost fat?

I'm just seeking some confirmation because I'm a bit frustrated.

I'm at the highest weight I've ever been in my life 195lbs BMI 32.4

It takes me 3 or 4 weeks to lose 10lbs to go to 185lbs. But then I regain those 10lbs in just 3 to 4 days!

So now why is it so hard to go from 195 to 200lbs? It's only 5lbs. I've been yo-yo-ing all over the place trying to reach 200lbs and I keep getting stuck on 195 no matter how much I eat.. I'm even including 500ml heavy cream daily in my coffees.

Any guidance please?

have u tried nuts? like walnuts, cashews etc. theyre very fatty.
eat some bacon??
