Is this plan doable?

I decided I want to get to 200lbs between December and January, I'm currently at 190lbs so I think I can make it.

I want to do this experiment to see if it works, but any tip is appreciated.

My idea is, for 1 week, to eat a Snickers bar or peanuts for snack, 1 burger, coke and fries for lunch, and then a huge shake and burger for dinner, and a donut or cookies for a midnight snack. This would add at least 1000 extra calories that I consume daily. No exercise. After this week, if I see that I gained, I can adjust my diet and check what helped or not.

Is this plan doable? Any ideas?

Maybe eggnog, heavy cream, or whipping cream for easy quick calories?
