It's the small things

So I find that whenever I am not seriously paying attention to my gaining is when I lookup and suddenly my closet is less and less amenable to my body size.

I wanted to know if there were any small habits you all had that led to big changes on the scale!

one thing that helps is not just concentrate on big stuffings to gain. getting into the habit of regular snacks adds up very quick too.

I am a compulsive over eater so always eating snacks and milk shakes thru the day it tends to put weight on me.
I eat a ridiculous amount at meal time because I can't get really full.

I had to start cutting back on the fried food two years ago after I had a n arterial blockage addressed. But I’ve adjusted to enjoying all things baked and boiled and my belly has returned :-) My wife, as all on here know is a lovely and proud big girl, has done the same but we’ve found enough enjoyment to still maintain our lovely shapes :-)

Did you have to train you capacity or was not feeling full a normal thing for you?

I think for me it's having coca cola or some other soda pretty much everyday 😁
