Any tips on gaining subcutaneous fat

Rotund:
Just wanted to know if anyone got some tips and advice on gaing more subcutaneous fat, while also loosing a bit of visceral fat. If im gonna be huge I want to do it best way possible.

Best way to do that is exercise. Your body burns visceral fat before it burns subcutaneous fat. Don't gotta get a gym membership. Walking is good enough.

Now, I have had success with making jiggly feedees by feeding them a mostly clean high calorie diet. But your genetics will determine how well that will work.

That makes sense walking is good and yeah wanna get rid of some viscal fat do you have list or link for some high calorie diet recommendations, that will help I kept looking online but came up confused and such.

I don't recommend diets in the sense of "You must eat these things and avoid those things" because it's restrictive and not fun at all. Honestly, it's better have flexibility.

That said, a high protein diet with whole grains, limited processed foods, and lots of color is a good way to do. High fat fish like salmon and cod, lean meat, nuts, avocados, lots of sauces, and cheese should be a good start.

Yeah I didn't want to do a restricted diet cuz they don't work to well and aren't fun. But all this information is really helpful I want to cut back on some of the junk that might hurt me when I get larger, and I wanted to add more of the softness and safer way of gaining since I do plan on wanting to be rather large. And rather start now to improve my feedee journey to SSBHM as best and healthy as possible. Thank you so much for sharing what you know smiley I really appreciate it.

No problem!

Remember that variety is the spice of life. If you cook, it's a lot easier and more fun to get that variety if you make it yourself. There are tons of big boys that love to cook online for inspiration.
