Can't really say what works for you since everyone and everybody is different, but for me it was actually hitting the gym. (i know sounds counterintuitive) just mostly weight lifting and instead of being on a calorie deficit I just ate a shit ton after my work out Pizza, chilly cheese fries, and burgers just not caring what I eat and since it works up an appetite i was able to eat more normally.
I when from 350 to 375 in basically month in half.
