When does taking baths become difficult? It gets harder and harder to get in and out of the tub. Anyone have any advise? Safety in the bathroom…. New topic?
I do not shower only. Most bath are to small, I get stuck, and getting up needs more friction that a bath surface can provide.
But if you need to I have seen a bath with a seat and fitted hand rails in a hotel. So you can go from the bath to the higher seat using the rails and your arms, if strong enough,then this enables to the stand as you have your leg under you.
Also rubber mats in the bath and on the floor as any soap and the bath and floor might as well be ice.
My shower I had built is a step less shower with a extra wide door.
