Feeder here. You want a fat-friendly doctor. You don't want a doctor who practices medicine through a fetish lens. A fat-friendly doctor will have your best interests at heart. A fetish-based doctor places their fetishes before their patient's well-being.

I would suggest, testing but it‘s gone be work, there are many fatphobic doctors !
That gone use weight as the first thing you have to change, which ist stupid because only very few people actually loose weight and even fewer kept it off!
I would be open about it telling them that you like your size but still want to be healthy as possible at that size and see how they react !
