If somehow possible maybe you can make your life a little less busier and fill it with activities that give you more purpose? Like spending time with friends, volunteering or taking time for a hobby you like.

I sometimes feel like all my life is just working and sleeping

I feel like that a lot too. But at least I try to make the most of it by trying to go out of the house more, as well as spending time with people of value to me. Plus I’m also an amateur content creator, so that kinda gives me some sort of purpose.
