So I actually typically drink it cut with milk and add chocolate or other flavor add ons to it. And I drink a big glass before bed to try and maximize my daily calories. Add on a good 2000 ish calories right at the end.
Some independent researchers said it make you gain weight faster, especially if you drink it as add-on to your coffee or regular meals. Make sense, it’s very fattening and also tend to contribute to gain more subcutaneous fat 🤷🏻♂️ but it might be dependent on various factors.
